How can I track user activity?

Need to check what’s changed in a customer’s record or who made an update? The Activity Logs area makes it easy to track key actions across your system.

Steps to view: 

1. Navigate to Home > Settings > Activity Logs 

2. Locate the event you wish to view 

Tip: Use the search bar and date filter in the top right to quickly narrow down results and find specific events or users with ease. 

3. Click on the event

4. View details such as the date and time the event occurred, along with information about the person who triggered it. 

 

 

Tip: You can click the export button at the bottom right to download the log of user events to your device. 

 

Note: Activity logs will begin recording from 21st July 2025 onwards and we’ll be rolling out more tracked events in future updates. You won’t see historical data, but you can keep an eye on this area to track changes moving forward!
