An organisation may invite you to join them, which allows your user profile and details to be stored on their account. This guide explains how to accept an invitation and complete the process.
Before your user profile and personal details are shared with an organisation, you’ll first need to accept an invitation. Your information will not appear in the organisation system until this step is completed. This process is in place to protect your data and ensure your consent is given.
How accept an organisation invitation
Note:
If you are an administrator, you may also need to accept an invitation before you can access your organisation through the Pro site.
Steps
- Log into your account via https://app.joinin.online
- If you are an administrator the same username and password are used to access JoinIn and the Pro site.
- Go to the Invitations menu to and choose to accept or decline
Note:
You may receive an accompanying email with your invitation. When it arrives, simply click the ‘Login to Join’ button to access the login page.
If your account is brand new, the button may instead read ‘Create Password’, which will take you to a page where you can set up your login details.
