JoinIn guide: How do I accept an organisation invitation to join?

An organisation may invite you to join them, which allows your user profile and details to be shared with them. This guide explains how to accept an invitation

 

Before your profile and personal details are shared with an organisation, you’ll first need to accept the organsation's invitation. Your information will not appear on their system until this step is completed.

 

How accept an organisation invitation

Steps

  • Log into your account via https://app.joinin.online
    • If you are an admin the same username and password are used to access JoinIn and your administrator Pro site.
  • Go to the Invitations menu to and choose to accept or decline

 

 

Note: You may receive an email copy of your invitation. When it arrives, simply click the ‘Login to Join’ button to access the login page.

If your account is brand new, the button may instead read ‘Create Password’, which will take you to a page where you can set up your login details.
