How do I add LoveAdmin to my Safe Sender list?

If you are having issues with receiving e-mails from LoveAdmin, this article will recommend some steps that might help you to troubleshoot

The most common recommendation we make is to add our email address β€” no-reply@loveadmin.com β€” to your safe senders list. This helps ensure our messages land in your inbox rather than your junk or spam folder.

Alternatively, if you're joining an organisation that uses its own domain, you'll need to add the specific email address to your safe senders list instead.

Outlook – if our email is in Junk

  1. Open our email that was directed to your Junk Email folder
  2. Click on the 'Junk' link next to the delete button in the top left corner
  3. Click on 'Never Block Sender' in the drop-down options below the β€˜Junk’ icon
  4. Our address, β€˜no-reply@loveadmin’, will be added to your Outlook safe sender list

Outlook – if you haven’t received an email at all:

  1. Open Outlook and log in to your account.
  2. Click the gear icon in the upper right corner and select "View all Outlook settings."
  3. Go to "Mail" > "Junk email."
  4. Under "Safe senders and domains," click "Add."
  5. Enter the email address you want to add to the safe senders list.
  6. Click "Save."

 

Outlook (Web Version) – if our email is in Junk

  1. Copy our address from the email that was directed to your Junk Email folder
  2. Click on the cog in the top right-hand side of your inbox
  3. Click on 'Safe Senders' under the 'Mail' tab
  4. Where directed, paste our address, β€˜no-reply@loveadmin’, and click the plus sign
  5. Our address will be added to your Outlook safe sender list

Outlook – if you haven’t received an email at all:

  1. Open Outlook and log in to your account.
  2. Click the gear icon in the upper right corner and select "View all Outlook settings."
  3. Go to "Mail" > "Junk email."
  4. Under "Safe senders and domains," click "Add."

Apple Mail (iCloud) – if our email is in Junk

  1. Open our email that was directed to your Junk Email folder
  2. Click on our email address at the top of the email
  3. A list of options will appear on a drop down
  4. Click on 'Add to Address Book'
  5. Our address will be added to your Apple Mail safe sender list

Apple Mail (iCloud) – if you haven’t received an email at all:

  1. Open iCloud Mail and log in to your account.
  2. Click the gear icon in the lower left corner and select "Rules."
  3. Click "Add a Rule."
  4. In the "If a message" dropdown menu, select "is from."
  5. Enter the email address you want to add to the safe senders list.
  6. In the "Then" dropdown menu, select "Move to Inbox" and click "Done."

 

Gmail – if our email is in Junk:

  1. Open our email that was directed to your Junk Email folder
  2. Click on the icon comprising three vertically arranged dots to the far right of our email address
  3. Select 'Add To Contacts'
  4. Our address will be added to your Gmail safe sender list

Gmail – if you haven’t received an email at all:

  1. Open Gmail and log in to your account.
  2. Click the gear icon in the upper right corner and select "See all settings."
  3. Go to the "Filters and Blocked Addresses" tab.
  4. Click on "Create a new filter."
  5. In the "From" field, enter the email address you want to add to the safe senders list.
  6. Click "Create filter" at the bottom of the form.
  7. Check the box next to "Never send it to Spam."
  8. Click "Create filter" again to save your settings.

 

Yahoo Mail – if you haven’t received an email at all:

  1. Open Yahoo Mail and log in to your account.
  2. Click the gear icon in the upper right corner and select "More Settings."
  3. Go to "Filters" and click "Add new filters."
  4. In the "Filter Name" field, enter a name for the filter.
  5. In the "From" field, enter the email address you want to add to the safe senders list.
  6. Select "Inbox" as the folder to move the emails to.
  7. Click "Save."

 

AOL Mail – if you haven’t received an email at all:

  1. Open AOL Mail and log in to your account.
  2. Click on "Options" and select "Mail Settings."
  3. Go to the "Spam Settings" tab.
  4. In the "Sender Filter" section, click "Allow mail from addresses I specify."
  5. Enter the email address you want to add to the safe senders list.
  6. Click "Save Settings."

On an iPhone/iPad – if our email is in Junk

  1. Open our email that was directed to your Junk Email folder
  2. Tap our name in the 'From' line
  3. On the next screen, tap 'Create New Contact'
  4. The next screen will be pre-populated with our email address – add 'LoveAdmin' if the 'Name' field is blank
  5. Tap 'Done'
  6. Every saved contact is considered a safe sender automatically

On an Android phone/tablet – if our email is in Junk

  1. Open our email that was directed to your Junk Email folder
  2. Tap the icon next to the email address on the left-hand side
  3. Tap 'Create contact'
  4. The next screen will be pre-populated with our email address – add 'LoveAdmin' if the 'Name' field is blank
  5. Tap 'Save'
  6. Every saved contact is considered a safe sender automatically
