If you need to change the email username for a user then you will need to contact the LoveAdmin support team with the request to action this change
The email address used as a username for sign-in (this email is associated to the Account Owner) can only be modified by the LoveAdmin support team. This restriction exists because each email username is a unique identifier within the LoveAdmin system and may be associated with multiple organisations. As a result, individual organisations are unable to make changes to a user's email username.
To request a change to your email username, please contact the LoveAdmin support team at 0330 818 8536 or via email at help@loveadmin.com.
Important: Please note that editing the email address on a contact record will only update the email used for communications with that contact; it will not alter the sign-in username associated with the account.
