Archiving a schedule
Archiving a schedule will move the schedule into the 'Archived' tab, where it can be restored or permanently deleted.A schedule will automatically be moved to the 'Archived' tab once its fixed end-date has passed.
Steps to manually archive a schedule:
- Navigate to Home > Settings > Schedules
- Find the schedule you wish to remove
- Click the orange bin icon under the 'Action' column
- Click 'Yes'
Deleting a schedule
In some cases, you may wish to permanently delete a schedule from your system. If the schedule currently has attendees, you will be unable to permanently delete the schedule and you'll need to remove all attendees from the schedule first. If this is the case, the bin icon will be greyed out.
If all attendees have been removed, the schedule has never had any attendees, or it has automatically been archived due to the end-date passing, you can proceed to permanently delete the schedule using the steps outlined below.
Steps
- Follow the steps listed above to archive the schedule
- Navigate to the 'Archived' tab
- Find the schedule you wish to permanently delete
- Click the red bin under the 'actions' column
- Click 'Yes'
