How do I view a contacts consent responses?

You can view the status of your customers consents individually or collectively

 

How to view the consent responses for an individual

  • Click on the name of the contact to access their contact record
    • You can use the search function at the top-right of your account to quickly find and pull up a contacts record
  • Navigate to the Consents tab:

How to view all consent responses

  • Navigate to Home > Contacts
  • Click on the Manage columns button in the top-right
  • Choose to add the consent fields to your view
  • Confirm changes

 

 

Note: You are unable to update a customers consent responses, only the customer can manage these themselves from their JoinIn account. You can read more about how to do this here
