How do I view the status of consents?

You can view the status of your customers consents individually or collectively

 

How to view the consent status for an individual

  • Navigate to Home > Contacts
  • Click on the name of the contact
  • Navigate to the Consents tab

 

How to view the status of all consents 

  • Navigate to Home > Contacts
  • Click on the Manage columns button in the top-right
  • Choose to add the consent fields to your view
  • Confirm changes

Tip: Use the column filters to filter your list by status
