This article will guide you through the process of adding Squad products and setting up your teams.
Once the Teams feature is activated, you can start creating squads and teams.
Note: Players do not pay for squads and teams, therefore you are unable to set a price or billing for squad products.
To create a squad:
- Navigate to Products
- Click ‘Add product’
- Enter the name of your squad (e.g. Under 09s).
- Click ‘Add new product’
- Select the ‘Details’ tab and switch the status to public
If you need squad members to complete forms (e.g. consents, emergency contacts), you can manage these here under each relevant tab. For more information on setting up products, click here.
To create a team:
After creating your squad(s), they will appear under the Teams tile, where you can begin adding teams to each squad.
Example: Your under 09s Squad could have a First Team and Second Team, or a Blue Team and Yellow Team, or a Wednesday Team and Friday Team
- Go to Home > Teams
- Select the squad you want to add a team to
- Click the ‘Create Team’ tile
4. Enter the team’s name and assign a colour
5. Click 'Create'
