This article explains how to send messages directly to your customers' JoinIn accounts by posting on their JoinIn timeline
Sending messages via the JoinIn timeline helps ensure that important information remains centralised and accessible as emails can often be missed in busy inboxes.
You can choose to post to your customers' JoinIn timelines when sending an email via the LoveAdmin system and/or by setting up your automated system notifications to also deliver to your customers' JoinIn Timeline.
Sharing Updates on the JoinIn Timeline While Sending Emails
Steps
1. Follow the steps to send an email to one or more of your contacts
2. Click the toggle to 'Post on timeline'
3. Click 'Send' and the message will be delivered both to the recipients email address and posted on their JoinIn timeline
Configuring automated notifications to be posted on the JoinIn timeline
Steps:
- Navigate to Home > Settings > Notifications
- Expand the left-side menu
- Choose the notification category
- Identify the notification
- Select the 'Timeline' checkbox under the 'Send by' column
- Click the 'Save' icon:
