JoinIn Guide: Where can I see progress for levels and skills recorded?

If an organisation you or a family member attends uses a development programme, you will be able to view the progress for levels directly within your JoinIn account. This guide explains how to find this information.

First, you need to log into your JoinIn account

You can log in to JoinIn in one of the following ways:

Note: If you have forgotten your password, please see our guide on how to reset your password.

  • Steps

Once logged in, you will see the name of the person you want to check the development programme for on the main dashboard.

  • Click the downward arrow next to their name. This will open a menu. From here, click Learning.

  • On the next screen, keep ‘Select your form’ set to ‘Learning’.

  • You will then need to choose the organisation you want to view the development programme for. If you or the beneficiary are only registered with one organisation, this will be the only option available.

  • Next, select the development programme.

Note: If you cannot see a development programme listed, it means that you or your family members are not currently enrolled in a class that is linked to a development programme.

  • After selecting the development programme, you can choose the level you want to view. Development programmes may contain multiple levels depending on how the organisation has set them up.

  • Once you select a level, you will be able to see the skills within that level.

    • Cross (red) - Failed Skill

    • Play (blue) - Working on Skill

    • Star (orange) - Achieved Skill

    • Tick (green) - Completed Skill

Note: The skill statuses shown are the default states used in LoveAdmin development programmes.

Some organisations may use different terminology or may not use all available statuses. If you are unsure what a status means, we recommend contacting the organisation directly.
