The JoinIn app is designed to make managing your booking experience simple and stress-free. Hereβs a quick guide to help you find your way around.

Once you're logged in, you'll see five key icons along the bottom of your screen - Home, Timeline, Payments, Calendar and Invitations. This gives you easy access to the most frequently used sections, allowing you to quickly navigate back to them from any part of the app.
π Home
The home tab is your central dashboard in the JoinIn app. From here, you can:
Access your profile and contacts
Tap on your name to view and update your own details, as well as manage any connected contacts (like your child or family members).
Check and pay outstanding invoices
Any unpaid fees are clearly shown with the organisation name, date, amount due and a handy pay now button to make payments in a tap.
View your upcoming classes and events
See your upcoming activities at a glance
π Timeline
Stay updated with a real-time feed of messages sent directly from your club or organisation, keeping you informed and connected.
π³ Payments
View your outstanding payments and click 'Pay Now' to start the payment collection process
π Calendar
Monitor your upcoming activities and check the status of your reservations, whether they are booked, reserved, or pending approval.
βοΈ Invitations
Any invitations will appear in this section, where you can choose to decline or accept.
There are three types of invitations you may receive:
Product: Accept or decline invitations to products
Event: Say whether you will be attending an event or fixture
Organisation: Accept or decline invitations to clubs and organisations
Tap the menu icon located in the top-left corner to explore more sections of the app, including:
Payments
In this section you will be able to view:
- Outstanding Payments
- Purchase History
- Scheduled Payments
- Orders that are 'awaiting approval' from the organisation you are connected with
Shop
Easily navigate to the booking sites of the organisations you are connected with, allowing you to browse and book the activities that interest you.
QR Codes
Both you as an account owner and your connected contacts will have a personalised QR code in this area. This code can be scanned by the club or organisation to record your attendance at in-person activities.
Friends and Family
From this section you can:
- Add a new person to your account
- View and manage details for existing contacts including;
- Personal info
- Registration forms
- Medical Forms
- Consents
- Development programme progress
- Manage shared files
Account
- Settings
- Personal Information: Allow your connected organisations to update your personal information for you
- Change logs: Review updates to you and your connected contacts info
- Notification settings: Control how you and your connected contacts are notified
- Change password
- Contacts
- Add new contacts and indicate if they are an emergency contact and/or if you wish for them to receive copies of emails sent to you via LoveAdmin
- Address book
