Season management - How to renew your seasons with the Season Management tool
Planning for a new season often starts before the current one has finished. With Season Management, you can easily and swiftly prepare everything in advance without affecting your live season setup.
Season Management helps you build and organise your next season early, giving you time to review player movements, check registrations, and make sure everything is ready before invitations are sent.

Before you start
Season Management is only available for clubs using the Teams sports module to manage their squads and teams.
Teams is our recommended tool for clubs managing squads, players, and registrations. If you are not currently using Teams and would like help getting started, or cannot see Teams available in your account, then please contact the support team here.
Create your new season
The first step is to create your new season and define the season dates.

Go to Home > Teams

From the menu on the left hand side, click Season Management

In the Next season name field, enter the name of your new season, for example 2026/27 Season

Enter your new season start and end dates

Click Continue setup
Player moves
This step allows you to decide where your current players will move for the next season.

Select the relevant From Squad and To Squad

You will then see all available teams within each squad

Choose where each team will move to for the new season

If you need to make individual player changes, click Reassign Players

From here, you can decide whether players:

Move to a different squad
-
Stay in the same squad
-
Leave the club
-

Once you are happy with your selections, click Create Move
Repeat this process for each squad until all player movements have been completed.
Review changes
Before confirming your renewals, you will have the opportunity to review all changes.
You can expand each section to review:

Players Moving
-
Players Staying
-
Ex Players
Within each section, you can make additional edits using the Action column.
Helpful features available during this stage include:

Column filters to quickly find players or teams

Bulk actions by ticking the boxes beside multiple players
Summary and confirm
The final step is to review your renewal summary and schedule your invitations.
You will see a complete breakdown of:

Your new season dates
-
Required forms, consents, and files
- Number of invitations to be sent

Registration email templates
You can also preview and update the registration email template before invitations are sent.
Once everything looks correct:

Choose when you would like invitations to be sent

Click Schedule Next Season
Your next season setup will then be ready to go!
