Getting your club ready for the upcoming changes at LoveAdmin


The next step from LoveAdmin is round the corner, aimed at helping clubs and activity providers run with clear oversight, confidence and control. 

You’ll keep everything you already use today and gain access to wider support around how your organisation runs, not just the day-to-day tasks. 

Most importantly, it’s designed around your type of organisation, so what you see and how things are explained reflects how things actually work in practice. 

Below, you’ll find a timeline, FAQs and guidance to help you and your team feel prepared ahead of the rollout. 

What’s staying the same

  • Everything you currently use will continue working in the same way 
  • Payments and day-to-day processes aren’t changing 
  • Your members won’t need to do anything yet

  • We’ll guide you through any updates step by step  
  • This is a phased rollout, so you’ll see changes before your members do

Communicating with your members

You don’t need to communicate anything to your members yet. When the time comes, we’ll give you: 

  • Ready-to-use member communication templates
  • Guidance on when to send them 
  • Support throughout the rollout  

    Your members won’t see changes until after your organisation has had time to get comfortable with everything first.

    Customer webinars begin.

    Members begin receiving updates from LoveAdmin.

    End of June

    Launch week for LoveAdmin customers, with full communication on what is new.

    Ongoing and full guidance and help content available from emails, your main contacts and within the Help Centre.

    End of June

    You can start sending out the email and social templates to your members at a time that suits your organisation.

    End of June

    Start receiving member communication advice, including email and social post templates, posters, member FAQs and more.

    Mid July

    Your members and parents start to see visual changes on their account and app.

    What is changing? 

    LoveAdmin is evolving to provide wider support around how clubs and organisations run. You’ll start to notice updates to branding and layout, while continuing to use the same system you already know today. 

    Is this new software? 

    No. It’s the same system you’re already using. The difference is how it’s presented and how we support you around it. 

    Do I need to do anything? 

    If you haven’t already booked one, we’d recommend joining one of the customer webinars. We’ll guide you through everything step by step with ongoing support.

    Will this affect my members? 

    Not straight away. This is a phased rollout, so you will see changes first and have time to get comfortable before members notice any updates. How they use their accounts and interact with your club will remain the same throughout. 

    Will payments or day-to-day processes change? 

    No. Payments, core functionality and the way you use the platform day to day will stay the same. 

    Why is this happening? 

    Clubs and organisations are under more pressure than ever. These changes reflect the wider support available to help organisations feel clearer, more confident and more in control over time.
