What happens if my customer deletes a linked contact, friend or family member from their JoinIn account?

 

When a friend and family member is deleted by the Account Owner in JoinIn, the deleted person is automatically removed from all associated products within your organisation. This includes the cancellation of any upcoming class attendances and renewals.

JoinIn users can delete a friend and family member in the person's Personal information found under the Friends and family menu section.
