Why is my postcode not accepted

Ensure your postcode is entered in the correct format

• Use capital letters only

• Include a space between the two parts of the postcode

Examples:

• BN1 3WB

• BN24 6WB

Formats like "bn13wb" or "BN136WB" will not be accepted.
