Can’t set the start date in financial reports?

If the ‘From’ date field is greyed out in your financial reports, try the following steps:

1. In the ‘Show no. of comparative periods’ drop-down, clear the value (set it to blank).

2. Once cleared, the ‘From’ date field will become active and editable.
