View the status of all direct debit mandates set up by your customers
To find the customer mandate report navigate to Home > Reports > Financials > Customer mandate status
Note: The Mandate report keeps track of all changes related to a customer's mandate. It's possible for customers to show up in the report multiple times—perhaps if they decide to cancel their mandate and then create a new one. To make things easier, you can use the column search to find all the details for a specific customer and locate their most recent mandate information
Locate important Mandate information such as the mandate reference, date created and payment Provider:
Additional actions
- Select the checkbox next to one or more contacts
- Click the 'Actions' button at the top-right
- Choose to send an email/SMS/export to Excel
Note: The Expiry Date is supplied by the Payment Provider; however, it is not relevant to the mandate itself and can be safely ignored.
