Customer Mandate Status​ Report

View the status of all direct debit mandates set up by your customers​

To find the customer mandate report navigate to Home > Reports > Financials > Customer mandate status

 

Note: Mandates must be active to be on the system. As soon as a mandate isn't active, it ceases to exist and must be created anew. This would be done the next time the contact makes a payment.
