Pre-authorised Payment Status​ Report

View the status of all pre-authorisations set up by your customers​

To find the customer mandate report navigate to Home > Reports > Financials > Pre-authorised payment status report

 

Note: This report keeps track of all changes related to a customer's pre-authorisation. It's possible for customers to show up in the report multiple times—perhaps if they decide to cancel their pre-authorisation and then set up a new one

 

Locate important Pre-authorisation information such as the reference, date created and payment provider:

Additional actions

  1. Select the checkbox next to one or more contacts
  2. Click the 'Actions' button at the top-right
  3. Choose to send an email/SMS/export to Excel



Note: The expiry date is supplied by the payment provider; however, it is not relevant to the pre-authorisation itself and can be safely ignored.
