When you begin gathering information through a customer form, that data will be safely stored in LoveAdmin. This article will guide you through the process of accessing this information and how to make any necessary edits.
Viewing form data
In the Contact Record
- Click on a contacts name to bring up their contact record
- Navigate to the 'Forms' tab
- View Customer/Internal/Old forms
Any internal fields will be marked with the symbol. These can not be seen by the customer and can only be edited by Admins/Coaches of your organisation.
As an additional column
- Navigate to the Contacts page
- Click the 'Manage Columns' button in the top-right
- Click the 'add column' icon
- Scroll down and select the field titles that you want to view the answers for:
Note: The option to add form data as an additional column is also available in the Timetable
Editing Form Data
In some cases, you may need to make an amendment to a form answer on a customers behalf. To do this, simply navigate to the Contact Record > Forms tab, make the necessary changes and click 'Save'.
