How do I copy a schedule?

To help save you time, you can copy existing schedules and assign them to different products

Copying schedules is a super quick way to set up a new term or create similar schedules across various products or locations.

The 'save copy as' function allows you to duplicate existing schedule settings, such as the session times, whilst also making any edits to the schedule for the new term, such as the new start and end dates.

It is particularly beneficial for organisations that manage termly, block, or fixed-length schedule bookings.

Note: The schedule name must be unique before you can copy. If you cannot click "Save copy as" it means that the name is not unique.

Note: Any unchanged settings, including exclusions and custom calendars, will also be copied over.
