How do I include platform and service fees in my prices?

This article will explain how to incorporate the fees from LoveAdmin and your selected payment providers into your pricing

Steps

  1. Navigate to Settings > Organisation > Accounting/Billing
  2. Tick the 'Ask the payer to pay for payment and platform fees?' checkbox
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click 'Save'

Note: If you do not wish to display the service fee, you can choose to manually adjust your pricing to include the costs of the platform and payment provider.

London & Zurich 30p fees

If your payment provide is London & Zurich, you may wish to pass on the separate 25p + VAT (30p) transaction fee, which is billed separately by L&Z directly to your organisation.

This can be done from Settings > Organisation > Payment Providers > London & Zurich.
