Once you have added a contact to your account, you can choose to send out an organisation invitation which includes a link to either sign-in or set up a password
Note: To Manage your organisation invitation template, and customise your message as needed, navigate to Home > Settings > Communication > Email Templates.
The system template you need is 'organisation invitation'.
Steps
- Navigate to Home > Contacts
- Select your contact > open the Manage menu in the left side-menu
- Choose Invite to organisation
- This action will send an email to the address associated with the Account Owner, like the example below:
Depending on whether your customer already has a JoinIn account, the link in the email will either prompt them to 'Create a password' or 'Login to JoinIn'.
