How do I link a form to a product?

Once you have created a customer or product data form, you will need to link the form to your products, to start collecting data

You have the option to link a form to a product through either the product settings or the settings of the form itself.

From the Form settings

1. Navigate to Settings > Data > Forms
2. Click into the Form
3.  Click the icon in the top left
4. Select the products you want your form to appear on
5. Click Save
6. Done!

From the Product Settings

1. Navigate to Settings > Products
2. Using the left-side menu, find and select the product you wish to attach the form to
3. Open the 'Forms' tab
4. Select the checkbox next to each form you want to display during the checkout process for this product
5. Done!
