      How can I manage the length of time customers have to complete checkout?

      This short article will walk you through the steps to adjust the time given to customers to finalise the checkout process

       

      Steps

      1. Navigate to Home > Settings > Organisation > Details
      2. Expand the 'Checkout Timeout' tab in the menu on the right
      3. Adjust the time in minutes
        The default time is 30 minutes
      4. Click 'Save'
