In this article you will learn how to create your organisation's email header and footer
- Navigate to Home Page > Settings > Communication
- Select the Email Header and Footer templates tab
- Choose to edit either the header or footer template from the drop-down menu
- You have a selection of tools in the toolbox on the right. You have the option to upload images, create button links and add text
- To manage these tools, you will need to select which tool to use and drag in the description box
- Click the tool to change settings
- You can preview your template designs on desktop or mobile view in the bottom left corner
- Once you are happy with your design, click on the Save Template button
Side Note: Headers and footers will only show when you preview emails you are composing.
Your Header and Footer will be automatically added to every email sent from the system.
There is only one Header and Footer available.
