The 'Sign in' button is not responding
If you believe you have created a JoinIn account but the 'Sign in' button is unresponsive, it may be due to your account not being verified yet. When you registered, a verification link was sent to the email address you provided. To complete the verification process, simply locate that email and click on the link. Don't worryβthe link does not expire, so you can search your inbox for any messages from LoveAdmin or JoinIn and follow the instructions provided.
Do you have an existing JoinIn Account?
If youβve received an email from JoinIn/LoveAdmin, youβll have a JoinIn account already. The email address that was contacted will be used for logging in. If you try to create an account again using the same email address, you will get an error telling you there is an account with that email address already and requesting that you login.
In some cases, the organisation you are signing up for may have already added your details to their contact database, which will have started the process of setting up your JoinIn account for you.
Should this be the case, you will have received an automatic email from the organisation, inviting you to set up your password and finish creating your JoinIn account.

My email or password is not being recognised, what do I do?
If you attempt to log in and you get the error βLogin failed, Incorrect credentialsβ it means that either your email or password has not been recognised.
If you know you have an account with this email, try a different password.
Selecting 'Reset password' and entering your email address will send a link to that email, where you can set a new password.
If your email address was entered correctly and the email is not in your junk or spam folders, it may be because you do not have an account with that email address. To confirm that this email address is the one your account was created with, you can try to search for an old email from JoinIn/LoveAdmin - If you cannot find any contact from JoinIn/LoveAdmin to any email address you own, please contact the organisation you are trying to sign up to directly, to see if you are on their system.
I'm not receiving a password reset email
If your email address was entered correctly and the email is not in your junk or spam folders, it may be because you do not have an account with that email address. In this case, please follow our guidance to create a JoinIn account.
