JoinIn user guide: How do I add and manage my friends and family?

This article will explain how to add a new person to your JoinIn account and how to keep the details of your existing contacts up-to-date

 

Adding Friends and Family when going through the checkout


When you choose to checkout items through an organisation's shop, you have the option to add a new person in the 'Who are you buying for?' section.

Steps:

  1. Click 'Add new person'
  2. Fill out the form
  3. Click 'Add'
  4. Proceed through checkout

 


How to add and manage people through your  'Friends and Family' section



You can easily add a new person and manage your existing friends and family directly from your JoinIn account.

Steps:

  1. Navigate to the Friends and family tab using the left-side menu
  2. Fill out the form
  3. Click 'Submit'

 

To edit an existing person's information

  1. Open the 'Personal information' section under their name
  2. Edit the information as required
  3. Click 'Submit'


Removing people from your Friends and Family

Steps:

  1. Open the 'Personal Information' section under their name 
  2. Click the bin icon at the top right
  3. Click 'Yes' to confirm

 

Note: As the JoinIn account owner, you can not delete your own record. For help removing your user account, please contact help@loveadmin.com and a member of the support team will be happy to help.
