How to add a new payment method
Steps
1. Using the left-side menu, navigate to Account > Settings > Payment Methods
Note: On smaller screens, the left-side menu may be collapsed by default. Simply click the three lines at the top left to expand the menu.
2. Under the 'Instant Payments' section, click the 'Add Payment Method' tile
3. In the window that pops up, enter your card details, or log in to your PayPal account
4. To pre-authorise future collections, tick the checkbox shown below:
Purcahse Authentication
When you make a purchase or set up a payment method for pre-authorised card payments, you might see a prompt to authenticate your transaction. This will appear like the example shown below, requiring you to approve a 0.00 amount through your mobile number or banking app. Just enter the OTP (One Time Passcode) in the field provided to authorise and proceed.
How to delete a saved payment method
From Account > Settings > Payment Methods, click the 'delete' button under the payment method you wish to remove.
Note: You must have at least one saved payment method on your account. The option to delete will be greyed out if you try to delete the only saved payment method.
Choosing a new default payment method
To choose a new default payment method, simply click the 'Make default' button, shown below:
