List of Roles

There are several different types of roles available that can be assigned, here's a list of all available options:

Admin Roles

  • Admin (Full Access) - Full administration access
  • Assets and Resources Admin - Create and manage assets and resources
  • Coaching Staff - Grants access to schedules and attendees
  • Communications Admin - Create and manage message templates
  • Data Admin - Create and manage additional registration forms, consents and import users
  • Finance Admin - View financial reports, manage payments and invoices
  • Group Admin - Administrate groups
  • Learning Admin - Create and manage development programmes
  • Organisation Admin - Manage the administration of the organisation settings
  • Product Admin - Create and manage products, and the shop
  • Reporting Admin - Administrator access to all reports
  • Schedule Admin - Create and manage product schedules
