Minimum monthly fee - How do I report on my transaction fees?

Learn how to effectively utilise the LoveAdmin Transaction report to understand how fees that count towards your minimum monthly fee are calculated

Note: Only fees paid to LoveAdmin (which include a 3% + VAT charge) contribute towards the minimum monthly fee. This includes both Offline and Online fees to LoveAdmin in your total contributions.

The minimum monthly fee will be effective starting from 1st May 2024. In case your Direct Debit was established later, any fees for previous months will be collected retroactively.

Note: Monthly invoices will be sent to the email address of the Account Owner of your Organisation. If you are uncertain about who the Account Owner is, you can find this information in the Contacts section by filtering on 'Account owner' using the Roles column, as shown.

How to report on your monthly fees and reconcile your monthly payments


Steps:

  • Navigate to Home > Reports > Financials > Transaction Fees

  • Change β€˜Show no. of comparative periods’ if needed to show greater range of period breakdowns
    • To expand the number of comparative periods, start by clearing the number displayed in the drop-down box. Then, adjust the date range to show the specific periods you need, as shown in the demonstration below:

 

  • Click on the total values in each period to see details and the breakdown




  • The LoveAdmin fees (inc. Sales tax) column will show how much has been paid to LoveAdmin in fees for the chosen period
  • Use Payment provider to filer based on Online fees vs Offline fees
