Teams Overview

Here is an overview of our new Teams feature which lets you organise players via team and squad - helping coaches to keep on top of unpaid subs and access safeguarding information while on the go

When you click on a squad or team, a dashboard will display important information including: 

• Total Due Payments for the squad or team. 

• The number of players and coaches. 

 

Payments 

By clicking on the Due Payments tile you will be directed to the Payments tab where you can see a full breakdown of outstanding payments by player. You can filter this list based on the type of payment owed. Selecting one or more players allows you to: 

1. Send SMS or email reminders. 
2. Request payments directly. 

 

Players 

Clicking on the Players tile takes you to the Players tab, where you can manage your squad members. After selecting players, you can: 

• Send SMS or emails. 

• Assign them to a team. 

• Request payments. 

• Remove them from the squad or team. 

 

Coaches 

Selecting the Coaches tile shows all assigned coaches and their respective teams. You can: 

• Send SMS or email messages to coaches. 

• Assign them to a squad or team. 

• Move them to a different squad
  • Note: This removes them from their current squad 

• Change their role (between squad or team coach). 

• Remove them from a squad or team. 

To add a new coach:

1. Select a squad
2. Click on the coaches tab
3. Simply click the blue Add Coaches button. 

 

Messages 

 

The Messages tab allows you to send team messages and view message history for squads or teams. You can also check which players have: 

• Received the message

• Opened the email

• Clicked any links

• Marked the email as spam

 

 

Settings

In the Settings tab, you can: 

1. Edit the squad or team name. 

1. For squads, add a cover photo and manage coach permissions. 

1. For teams, delete the team along with all related information. 

 

To delete a squad: 

1. Go to Settings > Products. 
2. Select the squad you want to delete. 
3. Go to Details. 
4. Click the bin icon in the top-right corner

Managing Squad Coach permissions

 

You can edit the permissions for squad coaches and regular coaches by clicking on a squad and selecting the Settings tab. 

 

 

Simply toggle whether you want a squad or regular coach to: 

• Manage events
• Manage players
• Manage coaches and permissions 
• Manage payments 
• Send messages
• Manage Teams 

 

When adding coaches via the Teams tab, you can decide if you want them to be a squad coach by toggling on the squad coach permission:
