Why can't my customers continue from the Consents section in the shop

If you customers are reporting that they are unable to continue from the Consents section of the checkout, they likely reason is that required consents have not been consented to


The required consents in the checkout must be switched to β€˜I do consent’ and turn blue (highlighted below). The optional requests however can be left as β€˜I do not consent’.

 

If the required consents are not consented, your customer won’t be able to complete the checkout process, and will return to the Consents section each time payment is attempted.
