How do I deny trials on specific dates?
There may be occasions when you need to deny trial(s) on certain dates in calendar, for example you do not offer trials in the month of August
Note: To use this feature, you will need to be using the dedicated trial price feature on your products. For help with setting pricing and billing settings, click here.
Steps:
- Navigate to Home > Settings > Schedules
- Click onto the Calendar View tab
- Click on the date you want to deny the trial > Edit calendar entry
- Tick the box to 'Deny Trial?' > Save
