The Player Availability Checker helps you easily manage who’s attending your upcoming training sessions, matches, or fixtures.
To get started, head to your Teams section found on the admin dashboard. From here, you can create events and send availability requests to your players. They'll be able to respond with whether they’re attending or not - or, if needed, you can update their availability on their behalf.
Creating an event
Before you can request player availability, you'll first need to set up an event. This could be a fixture, training session, or a general team or squad event.
To create an event, head to your teams section found on the admin dashboard.
Tip: You can create events at either team or squad level - just make sure you’ve selected the right one before starting.
Note: If you're looking to create or import fixtures, this must be done within a team, not a squad.
- From your Home tab, click ‘Go to Events’, or select the ‘Events’ tab in the menu.
If you already have events created, click on the ‘Upcoming Events’ header to view them. - In the top right corner, select ‘Add Event’ to get started.
You’ll then be able to choose from the following event types (depending on whether you’re in a team or squad):
-
Fixture (team only)
-
Training
-
Event
Once selected, you can fill in the event details, including:
-
Title
-
Start and end date/time
-
Optional notes - such as meeting points, travel instructions, or other useful info
Tip: If you don’t want to notify players right away. You can always edit the event later and resend the notification when you’re ready.
