View when Direct Debit payments are due to be settled
To find the pending payment report by navigating to Home > Reports > Financials > Pending payments
The report will show you:
- How many payments were created on each date
- When they're expected to clear into your bank account
- The value of each day's payments
- The number of payments
- You can click this figure to see more details on the payments
- Which payment provider is used
There is also an option to display the information graphically, by toggling the slider 'Show graph':
Note: This information is also visible payment by payment in Sales Admin > Payments.
This is not relevant for PayPal as the payments are instant.
