How do I add products to the shop?

Once you have created a product, there are a few things that you will need to do to ensure that the product is visible for customers to start booking on to.  This article covers how to add products to the shop for people to register or purchase

 

Tip: If you have assigned a product to a shop tile and made it visible, but the product is still not appearing in your shop, take a look at our troubleshooting article here.

 

Product Status/Visibility

 

Steps:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Products
  2. Select your product from the left-side menu
  3. Expand the 'Details' tab
  4. Ensure the visibility toggle is set to 'Visible'
  5. Ensure the status is set to 'Public'

 

Adding products to the shop tiles

Once your shop tiles have been created, you can then add your product to them.

 

Steps:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Products
  2. Select the product from the left-side menu
  3. Expand the 'Shop' tab
  4. Tick the 'include box' next to the shop tile you have created
    This will automatically save

 

 

Note: You can add a product to more than one shop tile.

 

Shop tile 'Views'

 

Depending on the type of product that you have created, you will need to select the correct shop tile view.
