Actions
Manage essential tasks by clicking the 'Actions' button located at the top-left corner of a contact record. This will allow you to perform the actions listed below.
Tip: You can click on each option for more details!
- Message (Email/SMS)
- Add to Group/Product
- Invite to Product/Organisation
- Add Note
- Request Payment
Left-side panel
- Details: The contacts personal information
- Account owner: The account owners personal information
- If you have clicked into the account owners record this information will display in the 'details' section and the 'account owner' section will not appear
- Active payment methods: Any mandates or saved cards that the account owner has set up
- Medical: Any medical information if the account owner has shared access
- Linked contacts: Any profiles linked to the contact (account owner, siblings etc.)
- Contacts: Emergency contacts and any individuals designated to receive copies of emails sent to the contact via LoveAdmin.
- Groups: View, add and remove the contact from your organisation groups
Main Dashboard
Dashboard
Overview: Account balances for invoices for all linked contacts
Invoiced: Quickly view invoiced and paid amounts over a specified date range
Active Products: Products that are ongoing or planned for a future date for all linked contacts
Finance
Invoices: A record of all invoices over a specified date range
Orders: A record of all scheduled orders for the contact
Upcoming Renewals: Any of the contacts renewals that have not yet moved to 'Orders'
Suspended: Any of the contacts renewals that have been suspended
Statement: A statement setting out debit and credit transactions between your organisation and the customer
Messaging
History: A comprehensive history of all email and SMS communications that have been sent to the member
Timeline: View messages that have been delivered to the contacts JoinIn timeline
Preference Center: View the communication preferences that the account owner has set in their JoinIn account
Attendance
Access a detailed overview of the contact's past and future session attendance records
Development Programme
Track and manage the contact's progress in any related Development Programmes
Activity Logs
A comprehensive record of all activity/changes made to the contacts record
Right-side panel
- Notes: View, edit and delete any notes associated with the contact
- Consents: View the contacts consent responses
- these can only be edited by the customer in their JoinIn account
- Forms: View and edit the contacts form responses
- Shared Files: View and download any files that the contact has shared with your organisation
- Product Invitations: View the status of any product invitations that have been issued to the customer and delete if required
