There are a number of placeholders available for your email templates. Here's the list of all those available and what they do
System Fields
Date - Today's date
First name (beneficiary) - The first name of the contact you are emailing
Last name (beneficiary) - The last name of the contact you are emailing
Organisation name - your LoveAdmin account name
Administrator(s) - The names of all the users with the Admin role
Total amount outstanding - The total value of all invoices the contact owes for
Date of birth - The date of birth of the contact you are emailing
Address - The full address of the contact you are emailing
Town - The town of the contact you are emailing
Postcode - The postcode of the contact you are emailing
Template Fields
Template fields attach specifically to System templates and only function when sent via a notification or through actions in the system. They will not work in manually sent emails. They reference products/schedules/payments related to the automatic email. If you see these in system templates, do not change or delete them.
Invoice - Displays the invoice being raised
Payment - Displays the payment made
Purchase Order - Displays the order number and information about the order made
Product - Displays information on the relevant product
Product Name - Displays the name of the relevant product
Schedule - Displays information on the relevant schedule
Calendars - Displays the calendar entries relevant to the email
Person - Displays the contact whom the product is for
User - Displays the account owner of the relevant contact
Group - Displays the name of the group relevant to the email
Registration Form - Displays the relevant registration form
Product Invitation - Displays the product invitation
Payment overdue days - Displays how many days overdue the relevant payment is
